Having taken the time to participate in a facilitated ‘Leading in a crisis’ workshop you have had an opportunity for critical reflection of your own, and your peers, leadership practice during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Completing this badge will help you to build on this, reflecting further on:
- what this period has been like for you, raising your self-awareness
- your key to learning about leading through a crisis
- how to facilitate and support conversations about wellbeing with those that you lead; and
- what’s important for you to do in terms of your own leadership practice going forward
Write a critical reflection of between 200-500 words on what you have learned/ are learning about:
- your own self-leadership
- leading others during a crisis
- what else you need to support your practice going forward
