AC/AHSCP Resilience & Wellbeing 2022
This badge will help the learner positively promote their own resilience and wellbeing and that of others.
This badge will help learners evidence their progression towards the following standards:
Standard 6 – Demonstrate an understanding of and commitment to the wellbeing of self and others.
Attend the short workshops “Understand & Develop Personal Resilience”
Complete the eLearning and resilience dynamics assessment
Develop a personal resilience action plan to develop and maintain personal resilience.
Access the curated resource “Resilience resources for social work and social care workers”
Upload evidence of your discussion(s) with your team manager/mentor, which show the steps you are taking to manage your own wellbeing and resilience and your approach to managing the emotional impact of stress and distress
Upload your resilience Journal
Upload evidence of a discussion with a relevant person on your approach to supporting the wellbeing of others

These badges are issued jointly by Angus Council and Angus Health and Social Care Partnership.
