Human Worries is a learning session to support you to explore a person centred approach which challenges us to consider how we navigate from managing risk to working with Human Worries.
To develop confidence of workers to assess risk in a way which supports people to live their lives to the full.
To earn this badge you must:
- Attend the Next steps Workshops in Working with Human Worries and provide us with the date and place of your attendance.
- Provide us with a reflective account of your learning – What have you learned? (100 words), What does this learning means for how you work? (100 words) and What you want to do now that you have learned this? (100 words)
You must have the Introduction to Human Worries Open Badge before you can apply for this one.
You will need to provide answers to the questions set out in the criteria as evidence for this Open Badge. Please include the date and place of the session you attended in your evidence.
You can use the information and activities you participated in during the session to evidence your learning in any way that is appropriate and helpful for you to answer the criteria. You can also submit any other evidence of learning which can include a 1 minute video, podcast or a visual representation of your learning.
We will decline applications for this badge that don’t demonstrate all of the points from the criteria.
