My leadership
This badge recognises social service workers understanding of the leadership skills they use in their work and the areas they identify for development.
Developing leadership at all levels is important because everyone in the workforce, regardless of role or position, contributes to the delivery of quality care for the people of Scotland.
The resources in the My Leadership section of the Learning Zone, will allow you to explore:
- where you are now in your leadership role
- your leadership style
- what others say about your leadership
- planning your leadership development.
