Leading in a crisis – growing and developing your leadership practice through reflection and commitment to action.
Having taken the time to participate in a facilitated ‘Leading in a crisis’ workshop you have had an opportunity for critical reflection of your own, and your peers, leadership practice during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Completing this badge will help you to build on this, reflecting further on:
- what this period has been like for you, raising your self-awareness
- your key to learning about leading through a crisis
- how to facilitate and support conversations about wellbeing with those that you lead; and
- what’s important for you to do in terms of your own leadership practice going forward
Write a critical reflection of between 200-500 words on what you have learned/ are learning about:
- your own self-leadership
- leading others during a crisis
- what else you need to support your practice going forward
Attend a facilitated ‘Leading in a Crisis’ session
You will need to provide at least 200 words in response to the criteria asked for in this badge. Make sure you clearly indicate which criteria you are responding to in each part of your evidence submission.
If you want to use a blog or ePortfolio entry as evidence, you might find our guide to preparing and publishing your evidence useful. We will also accept short audio or video statements if you prefer these formats.
