If you have not already done so, please read the Background information section at the start of the eBook before continuing with the activities below.
To obtain this badge you need to:
- read the Community connections and working together to support carers part of the Personal Outcomes eBook
- tell us about three things you learned and why these are important to you and your practice (100 words minimum)
- discuss what you’ve written with your manager, supervisor or colleagues
- tell us about what you learned from this discussion (50 words minimum)
- tell us about at least one thing you have done or will do in your own practice because of reading this part of the eBook (25 words minimum).
Applications for this badge that don’t demonstrate the criteria or fall below the minimum word count will be declined.
None. You do not need to have any other badges before you can apply for this one. However, the Writing evidence for Open Badge applications badge is recommended.
You will need to provide a written statement, of at least 175 words, in response to the questions asked in the criteria for this Open Badge. You can write your statement directly on the badge application form or paste a link to your own blog or portfolio.
We will also accept short audio or video statements if you prefer these formats.
Remember, anyone who you show your badge to can see the evidence you provide. Please don’t include confidential or private information in your statements.
