Learning technology test pilot
This Open Badge is available to anyone who participates in the testing of any SSSC learning technology product.
Building high quality digital learning products is only possible because of the time and effort volunteered by people, like you, to ‘test pilot’ our early prototypes.
This Open Badge recognises the hours of commitment invested by volunteer testers to put our prototypes to the test and identify what works well and what we need to improve.
This badge is no longer open to new applications.
User testing requirements vary between our different products, but the following criteria will usually apply:
- volunteer to become one of our user testers by responding to an opportunity listed on this forum (You will need to be logged onto SSSC Open Badges to view the forum)
- spend time testing one our digital learning products
- complete feedback questionnaires or participate in a feedback session.
None. This badge does not require you to hold any other badges.
The evidence you need to provide for this badge will depend on the type of product you have been testing. In some cases evidence from a group feedback session or a copy of your feedback form will be used. Please refer to the testing notes for the prototype you are testing for guidance about the evidence you need to provide. In some cases the badge evidence will be generated by the SSSC and your badge will be automatically issued to you.
