- describe to your supervisor three ways in which you can help keep the people you support safe from harm (10 minutes)
- write a short reflective account mentioning the discussion with your supervisor and how you apply/intend to apply this learning in your day to day practice (75 words minimum)
- tell us where you can find Alzheimer Scotland’s procedures and guidelines in relation to adult support and protection legislation and how you will stay up-to-date with changes to these (25 words minimum).

You must be a member of staff or a volunteer for Alzheimer Scotland.
You will need to submit a written statement, of at least 250 words in response to the questions asked in the criteria. You can either paste your statement directly on the badge application form or paste a link to it on your own blog or portfolio.
We will also accept short audio or video statements if you prefer these formats.
Remember, anyone who you show your badge to can see the evidence you provide. Please don’t include confidential or private information in your statements.
