This badge is awarded to people who successfully complete SSSC CPL+ activity in January 2026. Participants in the CPL+ programme demonstrate commitment to their professional development.

This badge recognises social service workers who understand the importance of how they lead others in their role and can effectively describe some of the ways they do that.

This badge recognises social service workers understanding of the leadership skills they use in their work and the areas they identify for development.

This badge recognises activity organisers and care home staff who demonstrate an advanced understanding of the role of meaningful and inclusive physical, mental and social activities in enhancing residents' wellbeing.
Introduction to care home activity
This badge is awarded to care home staff who demonstrate understanding of meaningful activities and show how they create positive engagement opportunities for residents in their daily practice.
